For three decades Taesung has engineered the paint-killing agents, removers, cleaners and filters behind the world's automotive paint booths — now manufactured locally in India.

From the water wall to the conveyor chain, Taesung covers every chemical, filter and consumable your paint shop runs on.
Detackifiers, pH additives and floc polymers that strip paint viscosity from the booth’s circulating water.
Alkaline and acid removers for jigs, hangers and rejects, with rust removal and anti-rust protection.
Conveyor and screen cleaners, NC thinner, IPA, the Perfect Cleaner range and heavy-duty scale removers.
Pocket, ceiling, AHU, paint and exhaust filters, plus HEPA, ULPA, bag, V-bank and cartridge.
Peelable and tacky wall coats, non-drying paste, and non-flammable polyethylene vinyl sheet and film.
Chain and skid-conveyor lubricants that cut wear and shrug off over-sprayed paint build-up.
Anti-scalants, de-scalants, biocides and mineral dispersants for cooling towers and chiller circuits.
Polishing machines and pads, activated coconut shell carbon, detergent capsules and sodium hydroxide lye.

Peelable and tacky coatings trap overspray before it bonds to the booth. When the film comes off, the paint residue and the fire risk go with it — and cleaning time collapses.
Over-sprayed paint enters the circulating water as a sticky, high-viscosity mass. Taesung chemistry strips that viscosity so the paint floats, coagulates and lifts out cleanly.

Conveyor chains under the paint-shop skids clog with over-sprayed paint until the line drags. Ultra-210 lifts the stickiness off the chain; Ultra-205 gets into the pins and bushings and cuts the wear.
Six controlled stages take a paint-fouled jig, hanger or reject back to bare, rust-free metal — with no outsourcing and no damage to the metal.
Means outsourcing, turnaround delay, and metal surface damage on jigs and hangers.
PR-701 works by immersion. Chemicals fill the gap between paint and substrate and lift the film.
No rust, no erosion, faster turnaround — and the jig goes straight back on the line.
We develop new products and localise imported ones — so plants pay less, wait less, and run cleaner.
In-house production across India, Korea and China cuts import cost and lead time.
Running in Hyundai, Kia, Toyota and Ford paint shops for three decades.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and INNO-BIZ certified, backed by multiple process patents.
Chemistry, filtration, lubrication and coatings from one accountable supplier.
Taesung has done one thing since 1994 — the chemistry behind the paint booth. Three chapters got it here.
Founded in Ulsan in 1994, Taesung now runs plants across three countries to keep supply close to the customer.
